Could this apply to you?
Bought or leased a new Ford Transit Trail · 2023-2024
- Did you buy or lease a new model year 2023 or 2024 Ford Transit Trail before June 1, 2024?
- Were you the first person to buy or lease the van new, either from a Ford dealer or through an upfitter or converter?
- Did you buy or lease the van for personal, family, or household use rather than for business?
- Have you never received compensation from Ford for this van, such as a settlement payment or a buyback?
What you’ll need
Find your original purchase or lease agreement (or title, registration, or dealer invoice) that shows your VIN and the date, and fill out an IRS Form W-9. Keep the Unique ID and PIN from your Postcard Notice, because you need them to file online.
Your next step
We check your van's model year, the purchase or lease date and use, and whether you have your ownership documents and notice ID.
