Owners and lessees of these models may be able to get repair costs back for broken power window regulators, or a dealer service card.
Eligibility and administrator approval apply. Payment is not guaranteed.
Could this apply to you?
Owned or leased a 2016-2017 Kia Optima or 2017 Kia Sportage
- Do you live in the United States or the District of Columbia?
- Do you own or lease, or did you ever own or lease, a 2016-2017 Kia Optima or a 2017 Kia Sportage?
- Is your vehicle's VIN on the settlement's list of covered vehicles?
- Did you buy or lease the vehicle for personal use, not as a fleet, rental or company vehicle?
- Did you buy the vehicle without it having been declared a total loss (salvage)?
What you’ll need
Check your VIN with the site's VIN Lookup. For reimbursement, keep repair orders showing the VIN, the window regulator repair, the mileage, the date and the cost, plus proof of payment. For the $40 dealer service card, you must own the car now and need proof such as your registration. A third-party summary says you need the class member ID from your notice, but the official pages shown don't confirm this.
Your next step
We'll check whether your VIN is covered and whether you have repair records or current registration.
