Hyundai / Kia theft reimbursement
You reported a theft or theft attempt involving a Hyundai or Kia.
Eligibility and administrator approval apply. Payment is not guaranteed.
Could this apply to you?
A Hyundai or Kia was stolen or had an attempted theft after Apr 2025
- Do you own or lease a vehicle on the official eligible Hyundai/Kia model-year list that was not factory-equipped with an immobilizer?
- At the time of the qualifying theft or theft attempt, was the software upgrade installed or was an appointment already scheduled, with supporting documentation?
- Did the qualifying theft or attempt occur on or after April 29, 2025 and before both the zinc-sleeve installation and March 31, 2027?
- Have you checked the official exclusions, confirmed none apply to you, and confirmed you have not already claimed this settlement?
What you’ll need
Funds are limited. Use the official model-year list and keep theft, repair and software-upgrade records. This is the multistate immobilizer settlement, not a different Hyundai/Kia claim phase.
Your next step
We’ll check the vehicle, software upgrade and incident dates.
