What you’ll need
Have the donor's name and the date their body left the Harvard Morgue for cremation or burial, plus proof of your relationship or the Instrument of Anatomical Gift. You need the LoginID and PIN from the notice to file online; if you don't have them, email the administrator to ask for them or mail a paper form.
Your next step
We check your relationship to the donor and when their remains left the Harvard Morgue.
