FastBucks New Mexico loan restitution program
New Mexico is paying restitution to FastBucks borrowers who were identified in the lender's loan data as adversely affected.
Eligibility and administrator approval apply. Payment is not guaranteed.
Could this apply to you?
Borrowed from FastBucks · 2007-2016
- Did you take out one or more loans from FastBucks between 2007 and 2016?
- Were you a consumer borrower who may have been adversely affected by FastBucks' business practices?
- If you did not get a Claim ID Number, can you give loan information so the administrator can verify your borrowing?
What you’ll need
Have your Claim ID Number from the notice if you received one. If not, gather your FastBucks loan ID numbers, or the approximate loan dates and number of loans. Before accepting any payment, read the legal-effect warning, because accepting may bar a separate damages claim.
Your next step
The administrator checks your Claim ID or loan details against the program's FastBucks loan records.
