What you’ll need

OneTouchPoint confirmed that your private information was impacted in its April 2022 incident and you belong to the Monetary Settlement Class; a notice of only potential impact is not enough. Eligible Monetary Class members can choose $75 instead of loss or time reimbursement, plus two years of credit monitoring. Confirm membership and exclusions with the administrator. Documents are required for loss reimbursement and other proof-dependent options. Guided filing; custom autofill is not verified.
