Did BuyAlerts send you more than one marketing text within a 12-month period between January 1, 2022 and August 7, 2026?
Were the texts sent to your cell phone number?
Had you replied STOP to BuyAlerts texts, or had your number been on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least 30 days, before those texts arrived?
Were you in the United States when you got the texts?

What you’ll need

Keep the email or postcard notice from the administrator if you got one, and list every phone number that got BuyAlerts texts. If you have no notice, ask the administrator through the settlement website's Contact Us page whether you qualify.
