Amazon return and refund claims
Certain Amazon return and refund problems are covered.
Eligibility and administrator approval apply. Payment is not guaranteed.
Could this apply to you?
Returned an item but your refund was missing, wrong, late or reversed · 2017–2026
- Did you initiate a return or request a refund for a physical product sold on Amazon.com and received in the United States between September 5, 2017 and February 12, 2026?
- Was your refund incorrectly missing, delayed or incorrect, or were you incorrectly charged again after receiving it?
- Does your notice or the administrator confirm that you have a Subclass B transaction requiring a claim?
- Have you checked the exclusions and confirmed you have neither opted out nor already claimed these transactions?
What you’ll need
Subclass A benefits are automatic; do not submit a duplicate claim for them. Subclass B requires a claim and supporting transaction information. Payments depend on the approved allocation.
Your next step
Check your notice: Subclass A is paid automatically; Subclass B needs a claim.
